The situation is worse than expected. Write an essay on this issue. Give an explanation of this trend, and then describe what effect it might have on our society.

Ⅲ.You are about to teach an elective course with students of various levels of English proficiency. Some barely comprehend daily conversation; some have already passed the intermediate level GEPT exam. Write a short essay describing what kind of course you could offer and why. Please elaborate on your activities, procedures, and principles of teaching. (20 分)
